  • Participant spots for the challenge are limited.

  • Completing the registration is not a guarantee of placement. Our team will call you to confirm your registration and to schedule your first treatment.

  • $699+tax is due in full in order to hold your spot. The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • All of the treatments must be completed prior to the end of the challenge (12/13/2021) in order to be eligible for the grand prize.

  • Participants must allow use of their photos in order to be eligible for the grand prize. If you do not allow use of your photos, you can still participate, but will not be eligible for the prize.
